Terms & Conditions:

A booking can be moved if notice is given before the stated notice period for the accommodation by replying to the original confirmation email that you were sent at the time of booking. A change of dates can only be requested by the person who booked the accommodation.

• A 72 hour notice before 3PM on day of arrival is required. Bookings are seen as a whole and are not treated as individual nights.
• Adjustments to bookings are subject to availability and managers discretion.
• One adjustment per booking will be allowed,  extra guests may be added, but not subtracted post payment.
• Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis and processing charges will always be subtracted from the refund amount.
• Management reserves the right to refuse any requested refund. All refunds are subject to the limitations of that particular accommodation.
